Syarat-syarat penyertaan & pertandingan:
  1. Semua pasukan WAJIB pakai jersey or baju yang same warna...
  2. Semua pemain WAJIB pakai kasut futsal or yang bersesuaian... tidak dibenarkan berkaki ayam...
  3. Semua pasukan perlu bersediap sedia 10 minit sebelum perlawanan bermula... mana2 pasukan yang lewat akan dikira KALAH...
  4. Perlawanan akan dijalankan melalui format kumpulan dimana 8 pasukan akan dibahagikan kepada 2 kumpulan... juara dan naib juara setiap kumpulan akan layak ke separuh akhir... pemenang di peringkat separuh akhir akan bertarung di final dan yang kalah akan bertarung utk kedudukan tempat ke 3 & 4...
  5. Undian kumpulan akan diadakan pada 8 Mac 2012, Jumaat bertempat di Surau An-Nur Fasa 1D2 selepas solat Isyak...
  6. Lain-lain peraturan adalah mengikut FIFA Futsal...
  7. Keputusan pengadil dan pihak penganjur adalah muktamad...
  8. Sebarang pertanyaan boleh tanya kepada jawatankuasa ANYC...

Annur Young Boys 6-4 Batch 94 FC

MISA, Manjung - Pasukan Annur Young Boys (AYB) terus melakar kemenangan dalam seri perlawanan futsal untuk season 2012 ini... terbaru pasukan AYB berjaya menewaskan pasukan veteran dari ANYC iaitu Batch 94 FC... pada perlawanan ini, pasukan AYB tidak dapat menurunkan beberapa players seperti shahin, nafis, amyril dan wan salim... untuk pasukan Batch 94 FC, mereka menurunkan kesemua star2 nya seperti fahmy, amin, sidi, rais, mirul dan ipan....



pada separuh masa pertama, pasukan AYB byk mengasak ke kubu pasukan batch 94... kedua-dua pasukan mempamirkan aksi yg cukup menarik... AYB membuka jaringan melalui cekodok hasil rembatan deras... kealpaan defend batch 94 terus membawa padah apabila AYB berjaya menjaringkan dua gol dalam masa 5 minit iaitu melalui kapten pasukan AYB, amir kecik dan aiman menambah gol ketiga utk AYB... batch 94 cuba mengasak utk merapatkan jurang jaringan tetapi counter attack dari AYB berjaua apabila larian solo amir kecik menjadikan AYB mendahalui 4-0... AYB melakukan pertukaran dgn memasukkan amar... di minit2 akhir separuh masa pertama, batch 94 berjaya mendapatkan gol hasil rembatak sidi disebelah tepi kanan tiang gol AYB...



bermula separuh masa kedua, pasukan batch 94 lbh byk mengasak ke kubu AYB... prestasi pasukan AYB tiba2 menjadi teruk dan huru-hara... akibat nya pasukan batch 94 berjaya menyamakan kedudukan menjadi 4 sama... 3 gol penyamaan batch 94 dijaringkan oleh mirul dan dua daripada ipan... tersentap dengan gol penyamaan batch 94, AYB kembali menyerang dan cuba mencari gol pendahaluan... pasukan batch 94 juga try mencari gol pendahaluan... kedua-dua pasukan saling mengasak... akhirnya pasukan AYB berjaya menjaringkan gol ke-5 melalui penyerangnya iaitu aiman... di minit akhir perlawanan, amir kecik menghukum kesilapan penjaga gol batch 94, fahmy utk mengukuhkan kedudukan... perlawanan berakhir dengan Annur Young Boys 6-4 Batch 94 FC... kedua-dua pasukan menunjukkan aksi yang menarik sekali...

Preview: AYB vs Fasa 2H FC

Assalammualaikum

MISA, Manjung - Setelah hampir 2 minggu berehat, pasukan projek ANYC iaitu Annur Young Boys (AYB) akan kembali beraksi dalam seri perlawanan persahabatan season 2012... pasukan yang akan dilawan oleh AYB kali ini ialah pasukan Fasa 2H FC... perlawanan persahabatan ini juga adalah sebagai persediaan untuk kejohanan futsal bawah 15 tahun yang akan dilangsungkan pada 11 Mac 2012 ini... menurut manager pasukan AYB, perlawanan kali ini akan ade rombakkan dalam first-5... selain itu juga, beberapa tactical dan combination baru akan diuji... tahap kecergasaan (fitness) pemain juga akan dipantau... pasukan AYB akan turun dengan kesemua pemain nya kerana tiada sebarang kecederaan dilaporkan, cuma Wan Salim masih belum dapat beraksi kerana masih lagi bercuti di Mongolia... apa yang diharapkan pasukan AYB dapat mempamirkan aksi yang cemelang dan membuktikan bahawa mereka adalah pasukan harapan ANYC... bagi yang berkelapangan, boleh lah beramai-ramai datang ke Misa untuk saksikan perlawanan ini... sokong laa pasukan anda!!!

15 Tips For Improving Stamina



Stamina is one of the most important attributes for futsal players. The high level of stamina of a futsal player means:
  1. Longer leg freshness of futsal players during a match;
  2. Better chance to win the game, because of the ability to continue playing in high tempo until the very end of the game;
  3. Ability to think sharp and longer on the pitch – brain works slower, when body is exhausted; 
  4. Don't forget about the strength of a heart and as a result of overall health of futsal player. As a result – better performances, better morale and lower risk of injuries!
How should you train stamina? The best way to improve stamina is to jog!
What is the right way to jog? Here are our 15 tips for that:
  1. Wear comfortable clothing!
  2. Can listen to some active music – anything, that inspires you for action!
  3. Jog smart: start jogging in the period not earlier, than 4:00 and not later, than 20:00. This is the best time for your heart. If you do it in the period from 20:00 until 4:00, you will be damaging your heart - that is not smart.
  4. Make a little warm-up before you start jogging. Just 5-7 basic exercises for your legs, arms, shoulders, neck, wrists and back. Do it in 3-4 minutes.
  5. Don't start to jog in a high tempo form the very beginning!
  6. Start slowly.
  7. After approximately 300m change the tempo to the one, that you will keep during the whole process of jogging.
  8. Breath right – breath in during every 4 steps with your nose and breath out during every 4 steps with your mouth. This system is ideal. But if you can't master it from the very beginning, just give yourself some time to learn it.. Until that breath in a way, which is more suitable for you.
  9. Chose your effort smart – especially if it's the first time you jog in a long period of time. The first time jogging should not be that long.. keep your average tempo during just 30-40 minutes. Not more! You should finish jogging after that, so chose your distance accordingly.
  10. If in the process of jogging you will feel, that you are tired, don't stop! You can slower your tempo for 3-5 minutes until minimum, but don't stop! If you do stop – it will be even harder for you to restart jogging, because your breath will be interrupted.
  11. Jog safe, guys :) Don't jog on the roads, bridges and highways.. :) Ideal place for that is local park or forest. Maybe – quiet neighbourhood. With minimum distractions.
  12. In futsal the tempo of the game changes all the time from high to .. very high. So starting from your second time jogging, try to vary your jogging tempo too. After every 90 seconds, make short sprints (20 steps) at a maximum speed.
  13. Sprint on a maximum speed during last 200 m of your distance.
  14. At the end of jogging don't just stop.. slowly change the tempo to the minimum (while still jogging) and after 100m switch to walking. Continue walking for another 100m and than you can stop. This way you will let your heart to calm down without hurting it.
Bonus advice: Do some exercises to strengthen stomach muscles after jogging. To have strong stomach muscles is very important for a futsal player.
